Like most 440BX mainboards of 1999, the MS-6163 is equipped with the features we've come to expect from the major board designers.

Five PCI slots, two ISA slots and a lone AGP port round out the board's basic layout, along with three DIMM sockets for a maximum of 768MBs of SDRAM.

The rest of the MS-6163's layout is quite unlike the typical 440BX cookie cutter board, as seen by the following spec sheet:
