Overall, the mouse is a nice idea, and certainly superior to the Force Feedback mouse, but most home users aren't going to find the Immersion Desktop feature that useful and until there are more games that support it, all but hardcore Soldier of Fortune players don't have much reason to give it a second look either. When more games start appearing that do support it, I'll be the first to start recommending it, but until then, unless you're a diehard Soldier Of Fortune fan you're better of saving your pennies and picking up a regular Logitech Optical Mouse for now unless you feel it's worth the extra ten or twenty bucks to be an early adopter of technology that has yet to catch on.
