Other features of the FORTISSIMO include the previously mentioned EAX and A3D 1.0 support in software, a Yamaha YMF744 DSP audio processor, a Yamaha XG built-in synthesizer with 2MB of memory, a MIDI output, and a game/MIDI port, and an internal S/PDIF in.
