Obi-Wan looks down from a roof upon a group of five battle droids guarding a closed gate. He says to Queen Amidala, "Stay here. I will clear the way and open the gate so we can pass." He pulls out his lightsaber, feels the force flowing through him, and drops into the midst of the droids.

In one slash he slices two of the droids in half. With a wave of his hand, he unleashes a wave of force, which smashes two others against the gate. The fifth and last droid fires and Obi-Wan deflects the blast into the gate. The second shot he deflects into the gate switch, which opens the gate. The third blast he deflects into the droid, ending the battle.

Sheathing his lightsaber, he sees Queen Amidala already on the other side of the gate.

She says, "While you were fighting to open the gate, I took the stairs. You really should be more mindful."
