Beavis and Butthead phenomenon is an odd one, how the #@$% can these two complete morons be so compelling? I wonder. They've invaded TV, made a movie, been in a few music videos and had a few PC games released as well, now another game has found it's way onto the market: Beavis and Butthead, Bunghole in One from GT Interactive.

Bunghole in One is a golf game and not just any kind of golf game, we're talking miniature golf here. Sounds boring, odd and just plain stupid? It is. The objective of the game is to successfully complete a set of 18 holes in as few strokes a possible. You can play with yourself or up to three friends. There are six characters for you to choose from: Beavis, Butthead and four other more or less well known faces from the TV show.

You've got the general idea; now let's talk gameplay... how do you play miniature golf on a PC? The basics are simple. You have your little ball, which you click on and then hold down the mousewhile you simply move the mouse away from the ball in the opposite direction that you want to shoot. You can adjust the power of your swing by moving the cursor closer or farther from the ball. Simple.

Now the ball is rolling and, as you probably know, the aim of the game is to put the ball in the hole in as few strokes as possible. The thing that makes the Bunghole in One style of mini golf a little different from reality is the kind of holes you play. They're quite odd and in some cases very tricky, there is one where you play inside a convenience store, one in a cemetery, another in a prison quarry, a military training ground and so on.
