There is no doubt in our minds that gaming is big business. It made well over 6 billion dollars last year and the Dreamcast U.S. debut was a stunning sales success. The PC games Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Sims and Roller Coaster Tycoon have sold well over a million copies each and MMPOG games like EverQuest generate a cool million and change each month for their owners. But we never thought the movement had captured over 60% of the US population.
