SSI announced that Panzer General III: Scorched Earth won't be the last in their celebrated “General” series. This noble series of wargames began with Panzer General (WWII), then continued with Allied General (more WWII), Fantasy General (knights and monsters), Star General (bad sci-fi), Panzer General II (still more WWII), Pacific General (wet WWII), Panzer General 3D (more, more WWII), Specific General (that's a joke), People's General (WWIII in China) and finally, the very recently released Panzer General III: Scorched Earth (WWII eastern front).

The new title will be called Attorney General and will showcase a tough-as-nails but noble giant and her struggles defending a vast left-wing conspiracy from brutal attack from a vast right-wing conspiracy. The player will have the ability to appoint special prosecutors, waste vast sums of money, attack Microsoft and botch ATF raids in a variety of locals over an 8-year period. The game is due in early 2001, around January 15th or so.
