Game Quote of the Week: “And our fury will be such that bards will run their quills dry! Yes, ink will be scarce where ever we go!”
~Minsc, Baldur's Gate II
I reported earlier in the summer that Governor George W. Bush Jr. had chosen Max from MDK2 (a 6-legged and well-armed robot dog) as his running mate. Turns out I was erroneous in that reporting. Bush actually picked former Defense Secretary Dick Cheney to be his future VP. Cheney is known as a hard conservative and has a wife named Lynne Cheney who may really be Tipper Gore or Joe Leiberman in disguise. She is very anti-violent media, you see. In fact, she can recite Eminem's “Kill You” word for word! I can only repeat the “Hi, My Name Is” part (what?) and I'm pretty (who?) good with that cute “chicka-chicka” thing he does…
Senator Joe Leiberman was reportedly “visibly” relieved to hear he wouldn't be debating a six-armed uzi-packing cyberdog at the debates last week.
Anyway, consider this a full retraction for the earlier stories and I'm glad to set the record straight about just who Bush's running mate will be. I goofed folks, big time. Boy do I feel like an a$$hole. Big time!
