Activision showcased Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Quake III: Team Arena, the new add-on that adds actual gameplay to id's masterpiece. John-boy Carmack was there to talk about the future of the PC. The avatar of gaming did spake from on high about the future of powerful consoles (PC's will beat them), the viability of consoles becoming mini-PC's (silly) and the prospects of PSX2 Doom 2000 (next to none, a Xbox port is likely though).
Nobody was talking about how "scary good" these players are. I mean, they should be proud of their mousing skills and their complete lack of social lives, but come on! They can tell me: "I'm great at Quake III" and I can counter "I have a wife," you know? Anyway, congrats go out to the winners. I didn't catch your names.

Novalogic is having a widespread cheating problem in its rapidly aging Delta Force multiplayer games. Unfortunately Novalogic has been unable to figure out how the cheaters are doing it. No point asking why they are doing it…. Novalogic is asking legit players to report any cheaters, hackers, trainers, hacks and cheats they know of to the company so fixes can be made.
