The alliances have apparently taken their toll. First members of Tagi and Pagong voted off the formidable Gretchen, then the wacky Greg, and more recently, the childish Jenna. The latest bombshell was the effect on the "Dynamix" Tribe. Two project leaders working on Tribes 2 have been voted off the island and reportedly will form their own studio (Garage Studios is the working title). Producer Rick Overman and Lead Designer Tim Gift looked cocky as they extinguished their torches and headed down that lonely path.

Sierra reports that Tribes 2 has reached Alpha stage and is on schedule for this fall. As a Sierra spokesman put it: "Richard is a computer whiz and you should see the character modeling and gore effects Rudy has come up with!"
