Evergreen Technologies, Inc. has launched its new RumbleFX force feedback headphones which "rumble" to reveal the previously undetected physical dimension of PC, console and hand-held video games. Evergreen's RumbleFX headphones will provide gamers with a virtual reality of positional audio vibrations so they not only hear where the action is coming from, they also feel it. All games with magnified bass sounds such as explosions, rockets, gunshots, and more will vibrate or "rumble" on the RumbleFX headphones.

Console video games, such as Playstation and Playstation II; Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64; and GameCube, Xbox, Dreamcast, Genesis, Saturn and Gamegear; can easily be connected to the RumbleFX headphones through a stereo receiver. The RumbleFX headphones also plug directly into any stereo mini-jack, the standard sound output connection on most PCs, Macs and hand-held Game Boys.

Included with Evergreen's RumbleFX Headphones:

  • RumbleFX force feedback vibration and volume control unit
  • Two AAA batteries (Approximately 20 hours of gameplay and/or music listening time)
  • A stereo headphone conversion jack
  • Soft cushion earcup on lightweight adjustable headband
  • 90-day Warranty

Evergreen's RumbleFX headphones have a list price of $59.99.
