Shattered Galaxy Phase IV Beta: Improvements and changes within the Shattered Galaxy world continue. Players are reacting very favorably to the Phase IV beta test, and Nexon has been quickly responding to suggestions and bug reports. Shattered Galaxy has been upgraded to version 0.99, adding numerous game play enhancements and eliminating many bugs. The most exciting of these improvements is the addition of Unit Upgrading! Unit Upgrading is the ability to convert a lesser unit into a superior unit. A player can now upgrade his or her unit into an advanced form of the same kind of unit, or into a completely different and advanced chassis type. Whichever upgrade path you choose, the results are the same for your unit -- access to greater speed, health, and many other special advantages and abilities. For example, the Ghast can upgrade to a Revenant, and through the advancement, gain health and a Camouflage ability. The Unit Upgrade element adds another level of depth and variation to the unique game play of Shattered Galaxy. Check out the beta details here on the website.
