Nexon is entering beta tests with another massive, multiplayer on-line experience with their latest title Elemental Saga. The developer has had terrific success with its beta test of Shattered Galaxy. Thousands and thousands have come to play and give feedback. This has virtually made the title a hit before it has even gone commercial. For that, Nexon gives thanks to the great many beta testers that have come by and given their input either before of after masterminding tactical genius, or suffering crushing defeat.

The Story & Gameplay:
In the year 2099, humanity has ruined the planet. The global spirit, Gaia, will purify Earth by one of her two creations. Either you, the elemental spirit magician, will rejuvenate the planet and destroy the polluted monsters and demons. Or the demons will destroy the humans, which originally polluted the planet. Combat gruesome monsters as an elemental spirit magician in a stunning, dynamic and sophisticated world. Master your element, quest, guild, trade, kill, or be killed in a massive online community. Team with players from around the real world in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world that supports over 16,000 simultaneous players in one server.

As an elemental spirit magician, fight through a post-apocalyptic nightmare to restore order to the world we once knew. Thousands will join. Who will survive?

When someone says 'January,' I think of cold and bleak. The future just doesn't look very bright when the skies are gray and the snow is pushed haphazardly to the side of the road, colored black with city road grime. New games just trickle out this time of year and exciting announcements are generally sparse. Nope, the future doesn't look too good on this gray January morn... So, what the heck! Let's make fun of everything!

CINEMA: Jolie Good News?
Apparently Angelina Jolie, the intentionally provocative screen starlet portraying the ever-popular and pneumatic Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider flick, let slip to England's Empire Magazine that she intends to return for two more Tomb Raider moves. Perhaps following the recent Hollywood trend of filming sequels back to back to save on money (Lord of the Rings and the Matrix being two examples that spring to mind). I can't guarantee the movies will be any good but I can guarantee Tomb Raider 2 and 3 will feature new outfits for Lara, but the same tired special effects you'll see in the first one.
