Fallen Age, the new massively multiplayer online game from Netamin.com is now ready for public unveiling. A science fiction fantasy hybrid, Fallen Age utilizes crisp Isometric 3D graphics and combines the main storyline with a colonization sub-game. While most of the other games on the market have moved to first person 3D graphics, we chose instead to keep Isometric 3D alive in the massive multiplayer genre. The graphics of Fallen Age are on par with any single player Isometric on the market today. A closed beta testing will begin in April. Only 5,000 beta applications will be accepted over the course of two months. Information on how to sign up for the beta test is available at the Fallen Age website. Fallen Age will be available in retail locations by the end of the year.

Clive Barker, one of the world's best-known horror authors, contributed his talents to the making of "Clive Barker's Undying," a first person action game developed by Dreamworks Interactive. We were recently given the chance to sit down with Clive to talk about his work on Undying as well as what he feels makes a video game truly frightening, and his thoughts on games in general.

Sharky Games: As far as the actual development of the game goes, how involved were you, once you came on board?

Clive Barker: Well, I was there constantly, at the other end of a phone whenever there was a question about plotting, or the way a character should look or whatever. I was there to answer their questions. We would meet very regularly to draw, to critique, to talk about why this didn't work, or why this did. In other words, it was an ongoing dialogue, and it went on for eighteen months.

Elemental Saga is the world's first science fiction/fantasy MMORPG, set in a post-apocalyptic earth in the year 2099. where only mutants and the powerful and the brave survive. The choice is now yours to make. Those lucky players who have already signed up for alpha testing, are the first to enjoy the fantastic graphics and deep, involving game play, on a scale which allows up to 16,000 players on a single server.
