No bones about it, Call to Power as a game is completely derived from Sid Meier's Civilization series. Thus, it should be expected that it'd be held to that high standard, even to a seemingly unfair degree. Can this new release break free from the Civilization stamp, and strike out on its own as a completely new game series? Check out our review right here

The update adds 13 new aircraft to the deadly Fighter Ace II arsenal, including such planes as the Dornier Do217, the Douglas A-20 Havoc, the Grumman F6F Hellcat, and the DeHavilland Mosquito. Two new maps are also included in the update, adding the English Channel and a fictional map which features 10,000 foot spires, a nail-biting canyon, and a death bowl with walls so high no one can escape. The Rage is a beat'em up game. Like Final Fight or Streets of Rage, but in 3D; players go through various stages of beating everyone up and demolishing everything. The purpose of The Rage's gameplay is to reproduce the feeling of a cruel brawl in which you can fight using a large series of easy-to-do moves. In fact, the action is very intense (you often get to fight against a lot of enemies at once) but it's simple to manage. About graphics, The Rage uses a powerfull graphic engine that allows it to perfectly run even on not-so-fast systems. [Download: DemoNews]
